What’s your motivation?
Over the last few months, Prime Agents have been overwhelmed with enquiry from buyers with very specific needs. Often this can be the proximity to a school, a boat ramp or even the local bus stop. We often have requests for properties located “beach side of boat harbour drive”, or in an elevated position in Urraween / Kawungan area.
Isn’t it fantastic though that in our growing, bustling region of Hervey Bay we are spoilt for choice with what type of lifestyle we’d like to live, all within a 20 minute drive! Soooo many options, acreage by the beach, hobby farms within 20 minutes’ drive of a boat ramp, Esplanade properties, views over Fraser Island, easy access to specialist medical facilities. The options are amazing…
