2019 – What a great start!
I’m not sure if you’ve heard about it, it may just be an old wives tale, it may be a fallacy – but it’s often been spruiked that Hervey Bay is blessed with a “dome” a “magical sphere” that protects our region from potential threats. Whether you believe it or not, there’s no denying our beautiful Hervey Bay is a magical place to live!
2019 has already seen lots of external activity that could impact the economy / market place as a whole… The royal banking commission, the federal election, the devastating floods to the north of our state just to name a few… Yet through this negative media hype, Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) still have a positive tale to spin – the lowest rental vacancy rates in QLD!
Regardless of the bigger picture of the economy, and whichever way you feel it may play out – I am committed to remaining positive about our fantastic region. With fantastic infrastructure, health services and tourism opportunities, there’s a lot to love about the Fraser Coast, and we love telling it’s stories to all the interstate buyers and investors who show interest in our region.
