Welcome to Prime Agents first newsletter! We’re very excited to be able to share with you the most recent activity in the Hervey Bay property market once a month.
The spring selling season certainly didn’t disappoint! Our office has been a hive of activity over the past month with just under $5million dollars’ worth of contracts being written, with plenty of other appraisals and listings going live on the market.

Currently being produced by the amazing Seven Levels video production, we were thankful to use another local business who shows as much enthusiasm and creativity to their craft as we do! I’ve shared some photos of the fun we had whilst producing it…
We enjoyed hosting The Prime Enclosure Melbourne Cup inaugural experience this week at Enzos, with approximately 140 local business leaders celebrating in style and raising money for local charity heroes – The Comfort Kitchen.
We raised $10,000 to fund their kitchen for another 5,000 meals. We look forward to sharing photos of this with you next month 🙂 .
